You may create an account using a magic link sent to your email. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use Sopheon.

4. User-Generated Content

By submitting content to Sopheon — including philosopher entries, translations, comments, and community posts — you grant Sopheon a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display that content in connection with the platform.

You retain ownership of your original content but acknowledge that contributions to this collaborative knowledge base are intended for public benefit. Sopheon may edit, moderate, or remove any content at its discretion.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or plagiarized content
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
• Use automated tools to scrape or overload the service
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Moderation

All user submissions are subject to review. Sopheon reserves the right to approve, reject, edit, or remove any content without notice. Repeated violations may result in account suspension or termination.

The Sopheon platform, including its design, code, visualizations, and curated data, is the intellectual property of Sopheon. The underlying philosophical information is part of the public domain of human knowledge.

Sopheon is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

Sopheon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
